Yes, it is possible to write a YA novel where the teens have problems and strong parent figures as well. Furthermore, his romance with Chelsea developed wonderfully, starting hannag as a s;eechless friendship, and I loved the fact that it never detracted from the overall story in the least.

Would you like to tell us about a lower price? Hell, even if it’s not a secret she revels in being the first to know and passing it on. It’s not easier on their family and friends. But they’re not entirely, completely, like totally hannah, like they’re kind of right because it’s really not that bad omg I’m giving this four stars!

What irked me a bit in hhannah area, though, were Chelsea’s parents – after what her daughter went through they were so concerned about her decision to take a vow of silence, would they really not care when she stayed out late every night without telling them harringtom she was?

Not Harrington’s version of sweet, hannh female protagonists who “don’t believe in themselves” until a gorgeous young boy swoops in and convinces them otherwise.
